I have 17 dogs in total including English Springer Spaniels, a Standard poodle, Springer Doodles, Jack Russels and a Labrador Retriever.
I have always worked to the RSPCA Five freedoms and believe that all dog should be treated humanely, with respect and kindness. For most dogs, grooming is one of the most unnatural things in the world to be stood on a table having your hair styled, washed and blow dried.
A one to one personal service is guaranteed and I love to work with the owner to decide what you want your dogs to look like ... be it a freshen up, shaped into a new style, or a fix to work that has been done previously.
I have often had owners tell me that they were to embarrassed by the state of their dogs coat to bring it to a groomer, this doesn't faze me as I would rather have a dog that's treated like a dog rather than a permanent show piece.
Client confidentiality is a guarantee and I am always happy to give consultations before appointments.
You are more than welcome to stay with your dog whilst I am grooming should you wish, however I have found from experience that on occasions dogs can play up slightly when owners are present. To that end there are a couple of options in the area to sit and have a coffee if you wish:
